Lab Renovations

Over the summer/early fall of 2009 our labs (Hall-Atwater 40-42) underwent a complete renovation from floor to ceiling, even knocking down a few walls. I’ve been taking some pictures along the way as the renovations have progressed. At the beginning of September, right on schedule, we got the OK to start moving equipment in. Chemicals started arriving early October. As of October 8th we started our first reactions and were up and running! Here are the pictures tracking the progress from an empty demolished room to a fully functional lab in about a month and a half:

July 22nd-ish:
